Kelly will be spending 5 months living and working in Guatemala this Spring. She has been commissioned as a Volunteer Missioner through the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church. Kelly will be working at Salud y Paz in the Susanna Wesley Preschool. Salud y Paz was founded in 2001 is now a joint project of IHS, the Iglesia Metodista Nacional Primitiva de Guatemala, and the United Methodist Church in the United States. As a part of the UMC, the project is a designated Advance Special of the General Board of Global Ministries.

Panajachel – Town where Kelly will be living. (About 45 minutes from Camanchaj.)
Panajachel is on Lake Atitlan, the deepest lake in Central America.
