Workcamp 2011

Sorry that we haven't had any updates on the site until now! We have been having some serious technical difficulties.

Monday and Tuesday have been great so far...probably the most productive Monday we have ever had on a Workcamp. It is also one of the hottest Mondays we have had. We are working at six different places this week doing things ranging from painting, to food drives, to moving furniture, to building a whole building.

Our night programming has been great too. Our theme verse for the week is Proverbs 3:5-6 and we have been talking about trusting in others and trusting in God so far this week.

Wednesday and Thursday were great up here in Henderson. We have had some long days with some crews going out as early as 6:30 and today we had some crews stay til 8. Almost finished!

Our last two nights of worship were really great and tonight we had communion.

Friday we went to Lake Tyler...probably one of the best places we have ever gone to funday! We hung out and swam and played dominoes and volleyball and catch phrase...just a good afternoon.

That night we had the talent show and then the dance...and as always it was awesome.
